Due to organizational growth, we are looking to recruit a new Procurement Manager to our Client’s team.
Working with a range of stakeholders you will support end to end Procurement to drive value through the company. Acting as a Procurement Business Partner you will manage all elements of sourcing, tenders, due diligence, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
This is a generalist indirect role and you will have broad exposure in building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Guest Experience, Design & Construction, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Technology. You will enjoy building creative and innovative solutions to leverage buying power across the group.
Typical activities will include requirements definition, market analysis, sourcing plan development and delivery, proposal analysis, business recommendations, contract development and commercial negotiations.
This is not a strict governance or compliance role, you will need to be agile and pivot quickly to changing priorities. You will however be tasked with developing policy and process and ensuring Supplier Management frameworks are established.
Suitable candidates will have good listening and questioning skills to help develop Procurement in a relatively immature environment. If you have previously worked in a Procurement / Category Management role in Airlines or Hospitality that would be an advantage.
This Procurement Manager position is offered on a hybrid basis (2 days office per week).
